What Information is Collected by ProHealthspan or its Contributors and When

ProHealthspan additionally may use pixel tags in its e-mails, which are tiny invisible graphic images, to send e-mail messages in a format that customers can read. They also tell ProHealthspan whether e-mails have been opened to assure that ProHealthspan is only sending messages that are of interest to its customers. ProHealthspan regularly verifies that this Privacy Policy is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented and conducts its self-assessment on an annual basis to ensure that all relevant privacy practices are being followed. Appropriate employee training is in place and internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews of compliance are in place.
